SafiHut Facility Services is a commercial and estate cleaning service operating in Hamilton, Burlington, Oakville, and surrounding areas in Ontario, Canada. We are a division of Ongakatech Inc., a federally incorporated Canadian corporation (Business Number 776677817).

When you submit a quote request through our website:
- Any quote we provide is an estimate based on the information you provide and standard service parameters. Final pricing may be adjusted after a site walkthrough.
- Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.
- Submitting a quote request does not create a contractual relationship. A formal service agreement is required before services begin.
- We respond to quote requests within 2 business hours during business hours (Monday-Friday 7 AM - 8 PM, Saturday 9 AM - 5 PM Eastern Time).
5. Service delivery terms
The specific terms of any cleaning services we provide are governed by a separate written Service Agreement executed between SafiHut and the customer. That agreement will cover, at minimum:
- Scope of services
- Pricing and payment terms
- Service schedule and arrival windows
- Cancellation and rescheduling policies
- Insurance and liability provisions
- Term and termination
- Dispute resolution
These Terms of Service govern only your use of the website. They do not constitute a service contract.
6. Insurance and liability
SafiHut carries $2,000,000 in Commercial General Liability insurance through Zensurance. We are also registered with the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) of Ontario. Certificates of insurance are available upon request for prospective customers.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The website is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Information on the website may contain errors or omissions and is subject to change without notice.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SafiHut Facility Services, Ongakatech Inc., and their officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the website shall not exceed $100 CAD.
These limitations do not apply to services delivered under a signed Service Agreement, which has its own liability provisions.
